Account & Registration

Registering a nohu account is quick and easy — it takes less than 2 minutes. Go to the Register, enter your full name as per your MyKad, an active Malaysian mobile number, email address, and a password of your choice. You will receive an OTP via SMS to verify your phone number. Once verified, your account is immediately active and you can make your first deposit via Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow, or FPX. Each individual is allowed only one nohu account.

The minimum age to register and play on the nohu platform is 18 years old. This is a strict, non-negotiable policy. nohu performs age verification during the registration process and identity verification (KYC). Any account confirmed to belong to an individual under 18 will be terminated immediately, and all balances will be refunded.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process that requires you to upload a copy of your Malaysian MyKad. This must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. To speed up withdrawals, we recommend completing KYC within 24 hours of registration via the "Account Settings" section. Required documents: a clear photo of both the front and back of your MyKad. The entire KYC process takes 1–3 working hours.

Go to the Log In and click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter your registered Malaysian mobile number and you will receive an OTP to set a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered number, contact nohu support at support@nohu-jit.net with your identity verification details for further assistance.

Yes. If you wish to close your nohu account, contact the support team at support@nohu-jit.net. Please ensure you withdraw all remaining MYR balance before submitting your closure request. The process takes 3–5 business days once the request is received and verified. Alternatively, if you just need a temporary break, you can use the self-exclusion option on the Responsible Gaming.

Deposits & Payments

nohu accepts all major Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePayand FPX (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and all major Malaysian banks). All deposits are processed instantly with no additional fees from nohu. The minimum deposit is RM 20 for all payment methods.

The minimum deposit at nohu is RM 20 for all payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit, but you can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the Responsible Gambling settings in your nohu account for better control over your gaming budget.

Deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, and ShopeePay are processed instantly — funds are credited to your nohu account within seconds. Deposits via FPX (internet banking) typically take 1–5 minutes. If your deposit has not arrived after 15 minutes, please contact nohu support at support@nohu-jit.net with proof of payment.

nohu charges no fees whatsoever for deposits. You receive 100% of your deposit value into your nohu account. However, some banks or e-wallet providers may charge a small processing fee on their end — this is outside nohu's control. We recommend checking your payment method's terms of service for more details.

Withdrawals & Winnings

Log in to your nohu account and go to the "Wallet" or "Finance" section. Select "Withdrawal", enter the amount in MYR you wish to withdraw, choose your preferred withdrawal method (to your bank account or e-wallet), and submit the request. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes for accounts that have completed KYC. The minimum withdrawal is RM 50.

The minimum withdrawal limit at nohu is RM 50. There is no maximum daily withdrawal limit set for regular members, though nohu VIP members enjoy higher withdrawal limits and faster processing. All withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) to a Malaysian bank account or e-wallet registered in your name.

Withdrawals may take longer if: (1) your account has not completed KYC verification, (2) it is your first withdrawal and requires additional security review, (3) the withdrawal amount exceeds the standard daily limit, or (4) your bank or e-wallet is experiencing processing delays. If your withdrawal has not been processed within 2 hours, contact support@nohu-jit.net with your transaction ID.

nohu bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount 20 times before a withdrawal is permitted. nohu's Welcome Bonus gives you a 100% match on your first deposit up to RM 588. Log in to your nohu account, go to "Account Settings" and select "Security". Enable the "Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)" option and follow the prompts to link your Malaysian phone number. From then on, every time you log in, you will receive a 6-digit OTP code via SMS that must be entered along with your password. This adds a significant layer of protection against unauthorised access to your nohu account.
